About Me
Hi, I’m Emily.
I offer counselling to mums at every stage of their journey.
I’m a qualified counsellor based in Bristol offering face-to-face and online sessions. I’m a Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and I abide by their ethical framework; I am also recognised as a Registered Member of the BACP. I work using an integrative approach and tailor the sessions to suit each unique individual I work with.
I will meet you where you are with empathy and hold a safe and gentle space to process your current circumstances and the impact it’s having on you. The therapeutic space is confidential and I am non-judgemental and accepting of any issue you bring into our sessions. I have worked with adults aged 20 to 80 and enjoy connecting with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
Becoming a parent myself was a transformative experience that inspired me to support other mothers. I feel deeply passionate about walking alongside women through matrescence, helping them navigate the shifts in identity that can come with this stage of life.
