Counselling can help with a wide variety of problems including. I’m an integrative counsellor using a combination of person-centred and behavioural approaches depending on your needs. Together we can work at your pace to help you find peace and resolution to your struggles.

Normally we will work together for 6 sessions and then have a review to see how the sessions are working for you. Although my work focuses around motherhood the work does not always need to be focused around being a mum and its common for other factors to come into our work, this can include:
